My Story

I write about the invisible forces shaping how we live; from the neuroscience of focus to the cultural weight of a perfect hot dog. My work lives where rigor meets resonance: deep dives that don't forget to pulse with life.

Why I Write

I write because comfort is a conspiracy and I am compiling the evidence. The same brain that blooms with epiphanies will doom scroll in a dim room, blaming itself for laziness instead of the lighting.  I hope to expose such contradictions. We think we are failing at life when really, we're just using the wrong tools.

What's Next?

I'm currently unraveling the quiet rebellions hidden in everyday life: why we cling to small comforts in big crises, how shame warps our stories before we even tell them, and what a perfect food experience reveals about belonging.
